The Ballroom
The Ballroom is a grand upstairs space filled with historic charm and stunning picture windows that overlook Livingston’s Main Street. With seating for up to 150 guests, this open and light-filled venue includes a small bar and elegant architectural details that make every occasion shine. From weddings with lively dance floors to polished corporate gatherings, The Ballroom provides a beautiful backdrop for any event.
Chef’s Table
The Chef’s Table offers an intimate dining experience for up to 24 guests, perfect for family celebrations, rehearsal dinners, or engagement parties. With personalized catering by The 1900 and simple per-person pricing, this cozy space invites guests to relax and savor each moment. It’s a warm, elegant setting designed for unforgettable shared meals and meaningful connections.

Catering
Catering by Chef Nick Pardee brings fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared food to every event at The 1900. Choose from pre-set dinner menus, appetizers, desserts, breakfast, lunch, and late-night snacks, all crafted with local ingredients and care. If you prefer to bring your own caterer, our fully equipped commercial kitchen is available for rent.
Bar Service
Our bar service gives you the flexibility to create the perfect experience for your event. Choose our staffed BYOB package, or work with one of our trusted external bar vendors who will handle setup and service for a separate fee. However you choose to serve your guests, we’ll help make it seamless and enjoyable.
